Weekend Fort Worth Trip

This past weekend, we went to Fort Worth to visit our good friends from Lubbock, Jay and Julie. Their son, Bailey, turned one and they had his huge birthday bash. It was a blast! Poor little Bailey ended up being so tired by the time the cake came out, he was falling asleep while stuffing the cake in his mouth. SO ADORABLE!!






Other than the party, we just got to hang out and let the little men play together, which was such a treat. They are really getting to that age of being interactive, even if it is about fighting over a toy! :-) We did get to experience a new restaurant in downtown Fort Worth - P F Changs. WOW!!






We left mid-morning on Mother's Day to come back home. So, the guys woke up that morning and cooked us mothers breakfast. French toast, bacon, eggs - YUMMY! Great job guys!


It was a fabulous weekend and wonderful Mother's Day, even though we spent 4 1/2 hours on the road - it went by really quickly.
